International Teams has staff available to help you develop a church mission program. These staff will work with the church leadership and build on any existing mission networks and relationships. The focus of any consulting would be to build sustainable practices that empower the recipients of any resources.

Ross Pethybridge, Pastor of Dalby Presbyterian led a team from his Church to work alongside one of our refugee teams in Austria in May 2010. He says…

“All of us who went on the mission trip found the team training…extremely valuable. It helped us get to know one another’s strengths and weaknesses. The bonding exercises and the personality test gave us, as a team, a better handle on what each person brought to the team and what each person needed from the team. It helped diffuse some possible volatile situations on the field too.”
