Team Leader Training
Training for long-term impact in the lives of receivers and goers!
The Team Leader Training gives leaders practical, hands-on training on:
- Building Character,
- Building Team Unity,
- Building Bridges to Culture,
- Debriefing; and
- Follow-Through.
Leaders will go home with practical tools they can use as they train, equip and serve the church with their short-term mission team.
What’s included?
Leaders will be equipped to lead the church’s team training, and they will be given a notebook and resources including curriculum helps and ideas to use in team meetings before, during and after the trip.
Give your leaders the tools to not only lead their teams effectively, but to affect life-change in the lives of those whom they lead.
Cost: $175 per person (includes lunch). Or early bird special of $155 until 4 weeks prior to event.
