Short-Term Mission Team Leader Training

What if there was a resource that enabled your short-term mission teams and trips to become more effective? Wouldn’t it be great to have a tool that helped you multiply and equip your leaders for short-term mission team?

The Team Leader Training will give your leaders practical, hands-on training on Building Character, Building Team Unity, Building Bridges to Culture, Debriefing and Follow-Through. They will go home with practical tools they can use as they train, equip and serve with their short-term mission team.

Your leaders will be equipped to lead team training, and they will be given a notebook and resources including curriculum helps and ideas to use in team meetings before, during and after the trip.
